I have had problems with paypal in the past with suspended accounts and so on. Now whenever I try to open a new account they always get me on something and end up limiting it.

I'm moving to a new place soon and I also opened a new bank account. My plan is to open a completely legit paypal account for when I move. So I will have new address, ip address, phone number, bank account, credit card etc. The only things I cannot change are my name and DOB. Do you think I'll be safe from detection? I don't want to use a different name or false DOB because I know it'll only come back to haunt me at one point.

Any advice is appreciated :)

Name shouldn't be a problem since there are countless Bob Smith's etc out there. As for date of birth, when I signed up anyway (few years ago), they don't ask for it.

You should be fine, clear cookies, flash cookies and any other traces. New email of course and a new password is a good idea.

Good luck

You will be link. Try stealth.

If it is the buyer account you have no problem with it cause you spend money. If it is the seller account you will be link in the matter of time
