I just started to build a new site for my brand. I think I will start with a lot of profile and social media backlink. Then, after a month or 2 I will by a round 100-1000 backlink (but most of the backlink quality is not great - usually redirect link). What do you guys think?

I disavowed a few domains for more than 2 weeks but my Ahref doesn't record any lost links from those domain. So, I wonder does Google remove the links for us our they will just ignore it when counting our website rank. Btw, should I disavow most of these low quality links?
