In any given article, I have many inner site links in the content to other articles. Is there a way to find out in which other posts on the site a particular post is being linked to? The reason I need this is I have to change some permalinks to target new keywords and don't want broken links...

Right now I'm using Headspace, but I installed Yoast and the options it gives for editing how each post looks in the search results looks crazy. I had both activated at once so Yoast screwed my pages up so I deactivated it, but I'm pretty sure I want to switch. Anybody think otherwise?
