How to find which posts in WP have been linked to others?

In any given article, I have many inner site links in the content to other articles. Is there a way to find out in which other posts on the site a particular post is being linked to?

The reason I need this is I have to change some permalinks to target new keywords and don't want broken links in other articles that were using the old one.

If you have your site submitted already to Google web master tools, you can look at your internal link structure and determine this.

Thanks, I see it. However, it's giving me articles that do not have it in the body. I'm assuming the ones provided have the same tags?
