This customer used approximately 680 MB of traffic within just a few minutes, but then provided a screenshot showing slow speed and requested a refund, saying that he wanted to switch to a Static ISP proxy.

We processed the refund and credited it to his Kind Wallet. He then asked whether he could rent a Static ISP proxy for only one day. We explained that our Static ISP proxies are currently available only as 30-day plans, and that customers can request a replacement or refund within 12 hours if they experience a proxy-related quality issue.

After using the service for a while, he again provided a screenshot showing slow speed and requested another refund. We processed the refund to his Kind Wallet in accordance with our policy.

He then asked us to send the refund directly back to his original cryptocurrency account. We explained that our website clearly states that refunds are supported, but cryptocurrency payments cannot be refunded to the original crypto account. The refund can only be credited to the Kind Wallet for future purchases.

The customer is now insisting that we transfer the funds back to his cryptocurrency account and has stated that he will leave a negative review if we do not do so.

If the connection was too weak to use, how were you able to consume around 680 MB of traffic within just a few minutes?
