In regards to browser cookies warm up, is 1 month before signing up on eBay still recommended?
Once account is created how long before transferring it to gologin browser and are you still waiting 3 months before listing first item?
Whats the ebay account warm up process, just browsing random stuff a couple days per week or just letting it sit?

I think 1 months is too short now,
you need to sell for at least 2 to 3 months before transferring, otherwise it is too much risk.
I would recommend use real activities just like you would on a real browser, don't browse for building up cookie, because those actions can be detected. for example, 1 level deep browsing activity.

wait.. so how many weeks or months you warm up the browser profile before registering to ebay? after that how many weeks or months before you list the first item? or you activate to seller and list first item the moment you register in ebay?

Everything is manually managed, no automation.
I used to have a a 100k item and $1 million selling limit but after a year of vacation mode, it dropped to 5 items and $500. What do you think is best, starting a new account, or working with the account I have to get it back up?

I have never experienced or even heard of from credible source that a successful account built from the ground up with low limit. It is a noble idea but there are too many issues with a low limit account that. I will just dump the old account and start afresh and shoot for accounts with high limit.
ok so like i read in other posts you commented on, you can reuse the same info in regards to SSN. It has been since 2023 I last used my info. Would I have to do a special process like different bak accounts, different device, etc?

Yes, if you follow careful steps, you will be able to reuse personal info.
