Any good Windows pay per install affiliate networks?

I'm looking for some Windows pay per install affiliate networks.
I tried signing up for CPINAP and CInstaller, but it looks like they're not really accepting new publishers anymore unless you already have a lot of traffic.
Does anyone know of any other networks that still have Windows desktop install offers?
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I wouldn't say Windows PPI is dead. From what I see, a lot of the volume has simply moved away from public networks.

There are still active buyers and publishers, but many of them work directly or through private relationships rather than open affiliate networks. Traffic source and GEO also make a huge difference — good Tier 1 Windows traffic can still be interesting.

If you have your own traffic, I'd probably focus more on finding direct buyers rather than relying only on traditional PPI networks.

tbh most of the public desktop ppi networks left are super shady and half of them wont even pay out. plus with how strict browsers and AVs are now, keeping files clean is a nightmare anyway. if you actually have decent traffic you are probably better off looking at standard cpi networks or even search arbitrage... the old school bundling stuff is basically dead unless you have private contacts.
 
honestly even if you find a public one they shave so much of the traffic it isnt even worth the headache. better off looking into clean utility offers on standard networks or just switching to mobile cpi tbh
