Post to groups manually—otherwise, you risk getting banned for "automation."
When warming up accounts, I often managed to post in over 20 groups—even with brand-new accounts—without getting banned.

You should post on groups 10 to 15 times per account at a time. Distribute your posting time evenly. Otherwise, your account will be considered spam and you will receive a warning and be banned from posting.
