1) 1x Reel per day is definitely the best.
2) Reel - Carroussel also performs good, we're seeing a surge of them since quite some time already.
3) I never say this enough : trigger the algorythm with the main account (where the audience is being funneled) is most probably the second most important aspect for preserving an healty account, after the posting quality. Engage!
Except paid Ads, F/U and Mother/Child work very well. Especially since there's almost no one automating IG. Follows are being noticed.

Right now consistency matters more than anything I see better results with daily reels or at least a few times a week using short engaging clips carousel posts also still work well for reach and replying to comments quickly plus engaging with similar accounts helps push early visibility

But at the moment reels are the main performers yet consistencies beats triple daily posts. I respond to the comments promptly and I invest some time in my niche before and after the posts too. It works better than any engagement tricks from the past.
