I bought an aws account from a seller on a forum. The seller claimed it came 10 rpm bedrock, but actually all the quote is set to zero. only free tier was available. On top of that, just 3 days after purchasing this empty account, it got hit with forced verification and was suspended. So don't buy from this seller — total scam.

Their so-called "purchase support" is especially bad — before you buy, they don't respond to any inquiries at all. But once you've paid, they mock you for "not knowing anything" and dodge every question you ask. Their customer service attitude is absolutely terrible.

We would like to give an official response from our side.

The limits you are talking about are very sensitive and can be reset after different actions made by the buyer. Many buyers try to turn a cheap account into a much more powerful account by requesting/opening additional limits, checking different services, opening EC2 limits, Claude Platform access, and other AWS sections. After such actions, AWS can reset Bedrock limits and the account becomes a regular account.

Our accounts 100% have the stated limits at the moment of delivery. We check them through the web interface before providing the account.

I believe I understand who you are. We had a very long conversation with you, thousands of words, but unfortunately it seems that whatever we explain is not important to you. In our conversation, you yourself admitted that you tried to open access to Claude Platform. You can ask many other buyers — after opening/subscribing/checking Claude Platform, Bedrock limits may reset to zero. The same can happen after different AWS actions, requests, EC2 limit checks/requests, or other account activity.

You are always free to complain here on the forum. BHW has a very strict policy against scam projects, and stores that scam people simply do not survive here.

For future purchases, you can record a video before buying and then record the full continuous login/check process after delivery. This will clearly show whether the limits were present at the moment of delivery and what actions were done after receiving the account.

Our support team consists of only two people — this is our full team. Both I and my colleague tried to communicate with you and explain the situation, but it seems this was useless, and now you decided to damage our reputation.

But honestly, our reputation and account quality are not the problem. We already have a stable customer base. Products like Kiro and other currently relevant accounts are bought very quickly. Our main issue is supply, not demand or reputation.

We are always honest about our rules: we guarantee the account and stated access/limits at the time of delivery. We cannot guarantee what AWS will do after the buyer starts using the account, opens additional services, requests limits, or performs other actions.

I just want to say I bought 51 accounts here spending nearly 3277.8U and never had a single issue with any of the accounts. And their customer support always solves problems in the most timely manner, first thing. This shop is absolutely worth recommending.

We would like to clarify the situation officially and keep this thread clean.

First of all, every account we sell is delivered to one buyer only. We do not sell the same account to multiple people. If we did that, nobody would continue buying from us, and our shop would not survive here.

The account was delivered according to the advertised product and was checked before delivery. After delivery, we cannot control how the buyer or the buyer’s customer uses the account. Many resellers also take the side of their own customers, but from our side we can only judge by the condition of the account at the moment of delivery and by the actions taken afterward.

AWS accounts are sensitive products. Different actions, wrong usage, opening additional services, requesting limits, testing unsupported features, or heavy usage can lead to AWS restrictions, quota resets, suspension, or billing issues. We do not know what exactly each buyer or end user does after receiving the account.

We do not provide guarantees for weeks or months after delivery. No serious seller can guarantee what AWS will do after an account is used by the buyer. Our guarantee is that the product is delivered as advertised and working at the time of delivery.

You are free to write your opinion or theories, but if you have a real claim, please open a formal dispute through the forum arbitration system. The forum has rules and a proper process for this. We are ready to provide our side there if required.

Please do not continue creating off-topic discussion in the sales thread. This thread is for sales and product updates, not for endless arguments.

If you buy products from us and then resell them to your own customers, you must take responsibility for your own buyers and for the risks after you transfer the product to them.

We cannot control what your end customer does with the account, how they use it, what services they open, what limits they request, or what actions may trigger AWS restrictions. Once you resell the product, communication and responsibility with your customer is on your side.

Also, please be careful with the forum rules. As far as I understand, reselling other sellers’ products may be restricted or not allowed here, so make sure your activity fully follows the forum rules.

We sell the product once, to one buyer, and we guarantee the condition at the moment of delivery. We cannot take responsibility for third-party resale, end-customer usage, or risks created after the product leaves our hands.
