Yes to all three, but only if you paid for the Pro tier BEFORE generating those specific tracks. You own the files completely, meaning you can clear them for client work or Adsense. Just don't generate tracks on a free account and upgrade later thinking it applies retroactively; that will get your commercial clients flagged.

Essentially, you can absolutely use music created with Suno AI for YouTube videos, monetization, and commercial projects. However, the level of legal safety largely depends on the Suno account package you are using and the artificiality of the work.

• there is the copyright vs Suno (as all have said, check their license) ... this is the "easy" part, 5 minutes reading.
• there is the copyright vs the original authors Suno may have used, or was "inspired" by ... in other words how much is the voice or the chords or the sound or the notes close to somebody else's work ... this is much more complicated. There are some admitted rules/judgments on the quantity of notes (which even these are argued regularly), and the rest is even more complicated. If you put a not-very-new song on the market, it's not Suno putting on the market publicly, it's you the responsible.

and majors have tools to detect automatically "similarities" so as Youtube, Spotify and all others ... the question is only where each put the cursor & how much do they eventually want you €€€€, or make a case that serves them as example.
So my advise: you may be happy if it's very in the Hans Zimmer style (put whatever artist name here), or a successful half-naked singer, and indeed your song may have success -just because of this-. The hard truth: similarity makes the success easier, but also the risk.
Note that is is a fast moving topic: just this week some majors have announced some agreements with some AI providers, to allow them to globally use their catalog ...

i got suno premier user. anyone know what's the best distribution platform for ai generated music? a lot of them are asking if the music is ai-geneerated/helped? should i say yes, or ignore it and hope they can't flag it? Especially Toolost is asking for documentation even though if i click that music is half generated?

commercial use depends on your plan and when the track was created. even with rights there is never zero risk of future claims. keep proof of your subscription and creation dates.

thanks for the reply. im on sunos permier plan and all tracks were made after that.

my confusion is on TooLost, is it better to not disclose they're ai generated and just keep proof of my plan on hand if ever questioned, or if i disclose upfront and send them a screenshot of my subscription, or ask suno for a formal pdf confirming my plan and each track’s creation date (which i doubt they'd do)





On (3) - I doubt Suno issues something like that per song. Has anyone gotten official docs from them, or is an account screenshot treated as enough?
