Hi, we are not a scam. Please disregard what that user is saying. It is a multi account user who abused our services and has been threatening our staff and posting negatively on our sales thread over the past week.
If any customer has an issue, we provide support through our ticket system and usually respond within minutes.
Buyer beware. Stay away from this BRAIN DEAD hosting. They are top tier trash and will destroy and shut down your services without notice after they agree to something. They have the reading level of a toddler and cannot comprehend anything said in their tickets with English. There are many better providers out there.

Please stop multi-posting and making false accusations. You shared screenshots clearly showing that we notified you about the migrations weeks in advance, yet you continue claiming the migration was done without notice.
You also claimed that we failed to provide the “24 hours” we supposedly promised. At no point did we guarantee a full 24-hour period we clearly stated that the migration could happen within that timeframe and advised you to migrate as soon as possible. Even after additional warnings, you still failed to migrate despite being over two weeks late. As shown in the screenshot you posted yourself, it clearly states that “24 hours is estimated.”
You only contacted us on the final day after nearly two weeks of repeated notifications and reminders. Since we received no response from you during that entire period, we suspended your service to get your attention and make you aware that you needed to contact us regarding the migration.
Please also avoid forcing us to share screenshots of the negative and rude comments you have made throughout this situation.
We don’t control exact information what our upstream providers tell us. We only forward the information and difficult to give accurate migration timelines when third parties control it.
Making replies will not do anything it will only make our thread go higher in the ranking and make more sales. We have over 78k clients on 11 brands.
Just to show types of customers we have to deal with. It’s always these types that leave negative comments and not fair on the 95% others who believe and understand our services. We did migration to expand and as always didn’t succeed exactly as we hoped for but in the end our network is faster, new panel, new hardware line, backups being implemented soon

I would like to leave a honest review after seeing alot of negative comments, i bought a Dual Intel XEON E5-2680v4 | 28cores, 56threads@3,40Ghz turbo from their NL location a month ago since my remote convert server + origin server is in NL, so i bought this as a reverse proxy.
Also because i had either some competitors of same niche sending CSAM reports directly to my server hosting hoping to get my server suspend, creating some kind of powerful domain names acting like a CSAM organisation and custom domain name like [email protected], came across many such amazing people knowing on AI tools, however the server hosting provider aware of my platform, and the risk.
It is among the top 1000 adult sites in the world, the content is a mixture of asian content, in particularly japanese porn. Even with AI detection scanning of CSAM system implement in our server, there's still content that look above legal age that our system has scan however they are not in legal age. So we rely much on users reports despite having the most powerful AI tools and manually approval of content.
Most of the time we remove reports when we receive such CSAM reports, by means 3-4 hours, we cooperate with big organisations such as cybertip or even IWF or organisations from the NL side, but there's people still like to do lookup on DNS, IP check, checking everywhere for a possible server IP leakage then getting the abuse email and sending to the server provider or even the upstream provider. Or even asking from cloudflare for the server IP (the reason why i am using as reverse proxy as well).
And the only reason why they are doing that is they want our platform to collapse, so they can take over our traffic. We are good partners, taking CSAM reports seriously, and same time would like our users to enjoy japanese culture as well. So we decided to take on this hosting as a try. And since a month of using it, there's no reports being forwarded to our email box, since we remove CSAM reports on time, and no other issues at all. Server network is good too, the only downtime was the outage (longest was over 6 hours), and since then no other issues. prices was good. There's some BIG discount in dedicated server side if you refresh everyday you will notice it, its almost a whooping 50-100 usd discount.
Another good thing about this server provider is they own their own network as well ( meaning the IP network range that they assign to you, they own all of it, so abuse emails directly goes to their own mailbox ), so they control whethere they want to suspend or no. That's the 10/10 thing i like about this server provider because they own their network based on looking up on my server IP as well doing research on the upstream network.
If someone wish to get a dedicated server or even as reverse proxy, i would 10/10 recommend this hosting, no doubt for it. I also wish they had AMD servers on NL, would entirely change my current AMD server to this hosting. Intel servers work as well for smaller sites, but for a website with over 400-500k visitors daily, reverse proxy to a end game 80,000 rating AMD ryzen benchmark would be the best. (I am using HAProxy, only 1% cpu usage using HAProxy to my origin), you can also use chatgpt to create the HAProxy script.

Why are you making lies? So you replied to our thread a week ago that you don’t recommend and stopped using our services and now replying again as if your still using our services? We didn’t break anything we migrated to a new network, hardware and new panel which we’ve notified in advance.
