Following a rotation request our proxies usually have a new IP within 10 - 15 seconds on our 4G proxies and within 5 - 10 seconds on our 5G proxies.
IP rotation frequency?
Our proxies are highly configurable - depending on the proxy package we can schedule proxy IPs to rotate from as fast as every couple of minutes to IPs that stay static for days or even weeks at a time. Using IP rotation on demand via our API or Web User Interface you can trigger IP rotation whenever you want.
Bandwidth limitations?
This varies on the proxy package purchased - we offer a variety of packages all the way up to unlimited bandwidth to meet our customers requirements and budget.
Delivery Time?
We usually provide proxy details within an hour or two of payment but occasionally this can be up to 24 - 48 hours during busy periods. We do set up, activate and verify each sim, modem and proxy per customer though so please bear this in mind.
Replacements & Refunds?

1. Submit a Thread Edit Request, have your service re-tested and add the extra packages
OR
