It’s because you’re accusing us of being scammers after we banned you for illegal activity. Your payments were already refunded after we identified the use of stolen card data, along with using inappropriate names as the cardholder name like “Maya useless,” referring to our support colleague Maya.

You also created multiple accounts and replied to yourself across our sales thread to create false engagement. If you had a negative experience, that’s fine share it once if you feel the need but there’s no reason to keep escalating the drama

I never created second user profile in the forum, and credit cards do actually belong to me. What are you even saying lol. You thought I was going to use my real details on your website ? Hi,

The panel only showcases Linux VPS servers with the servers being “Nodes” which holds these Linux machines. It does not include shared cPanel hosting services, Windows VMs, domain registrations or dedicated bare metal servers. We have to assist all these users and most are having a positive experience with us. It’s logical that the rare few that have negative experiences which is normal and acceptable. It’s only the few that leave negative comments, as positive users don’t have time for such things. but calling us scammers, and setting up multiple accounts to tarnish us will not work on us. We will continue to assist all other customers. It’s always the very few abusive, negative users like yourself we have to protect ourself and services from as offshore providers are more prone to risks and issues than regular hosting so we will not tolerate abuse and rude customers.

Secondly, all of your payments were refunded after illegal activities were identified during an investigation following a complaint submitted to our technical support team regarding threatening and rude behaviour. Although you initially declined the refund, the payments were later refunded after one of my colleagues carried out a further review and discovered the payments were fraudulent.

We also have screenshots and records of all conversations, refunds and related activity. We are prepared to present this information if a dispute is opened, however instead there have been repeated sales attacks and multiple accounts created.

At this stage, we will be discontinuing further communication as it is no longer productive for both sides!!
