Sometimes a post will do pretty great, other times I'll go 50 posts deep and none of them will even crack 1k+ views. You scale up. Average it up. 100 accounts if they on average get 10 000 views each/day that is still million views per day.
Your real challenge is to bring enough traffic for Model to justify working with you, so you are working against the clock. Bot, proxy and other software costs are far less than what you actually need to produce to stay in business.

I worked with her for around 3 months, peaking at around $220 a day split 50/50 between the model and I. I knew I could do a lot better than this though since all of that was just from one Reddit and X account, all while the model was pretty lazy and barely made any new content after the first few weeks.

Model ended up leaving due to personal issues in her life and I decided to restart and build everything up from scratch and build an actual OnlyFans agency. Currently I have a model, and two more models are currently going through the on-boarding process and now I'm realizing that this whole marketing thing is a lot harder than it seemed at first.

If any of you have any tips or advice I would love to hear it, I’m also open to working/partnering with any of you who have experience with the marketing aspect, as I feel like I would have a much better time scaling the agency If someone more experienced is handling the marketing side of things.

You definitely need anti detect browsers and proxies in order to do that. Automation though can flag and even ban your accounts.

OP if you have enough money I would say outsource the account creation and management that @BellaOnlyPromo suggested to a VA from a 3rd world country (like Pakistan or the Phillipines) and have him/her grow your accounts. If you use bots you're most likely going to get banned.

• stop gambling on reddit/x: it feels like a coin toss because u probably lack a posting schedule based on peak sub hours. use tools like laterforreddit to automate the high-traffic windows so u aren't manually clicking all day.
• short-form is a volume game: reels and tiktok are gold mines but they're sensitive. u need a dedicated phone for each model + high quality residency proxies. if u post from the same ip for 3 different models, they'll all get shadowbanned.
• the "va" pivot: once u hit 3+ models, u can't do the marketing yourself. hire a virtual assistant specifically for the "grunt work" (posting, engagement, watermarking) so u can focus on the actual strategy and onboarding.
• reuse & recycle: one good video from a model can be edited into 5 different clips with different hooks. work smarter, not harder.
