Struggling to find real suppliers for my Gaming Store (Egypt) - Need a hand from the pros

Hey guys,
I’m reaching out because I’m honestly stuck. I’m based in Egypt and I’ve recently started my own digital gaming store. I’m trying to sell things like FC 26, Fortnite Crew, PS Plus, and Xbox Game Pass.

I’ve got the basics down—I’m comfortable using Binance (USDT), I’ve messed around with VCCs like Ozan/FUPS, and I know how to use VPNs to jump between regions. But here’s the problem:
The "Big Players" here in Egypt are keeping their sources under lock and key. I’ve tried to talk to some, but nobody wants to share how they’re getting such crazy low prices. I’ve spent weeks digging through forums and sites, but I’m still missing that "Direct Source" or the actual stable method to get these subs at wholesale prices without getting accounts banned.

What I’m working with right now
:A fresh business page and a hungry customer base.
:My Binance wallet is ready to go for payments.
:I know my way around Turkish/Regional stores, but it feels like I’m missing a piece of the puzzle.

I’m looking for two things:

Methods: Is the Xbox-linking method still the king for Fortnite Crew in 2026? Or is there something better I should be looking into?
I’m not looking for "free secrets," just some guidance to get my business off the ground.
I’m a hard worker and I’m just trying to make this my full-time thing since I currently don’t have another source of income.If you’ve been through this or can point me in the right direction,

Xbox linking was popular for a while, but many people moved to more stable supply chains because methods get patched quickly. In the long run, building relationships with reliable suppliers is usually more sustainable than chasing methods.

Starting out can feel tough, especially when most sellers keep their sources private. Focus on building relationships with reliable suppliers and test them slowly before scaling. Don’t chase risky shortcuts—stable supply and consistency will help your store grow in the long run.

i feel you on the egypt struggle, big guys hoard everything. i pm'd a couple top sellers here last year and one shared a turkish contact that stuck. try that.

are you using vpn to jump between regions just to get different prices or is there another reason for that

You have some automations or you do everything manually?
