1) Real og's know that best software for managing androids is the one made by niaozun.
2) boxes with cooling, the newer the android - the faster the box. Though if you are not doing mass actions, even older androids could work.
3) 1 mobile proxy per phone, each phone has 10-15 accounts.

fyi you will never be able to avoid 100% bans, expect ~30% of the added accounts to go to waste but after a few weeks/a couple of months you should have your main roster that will live for months (if not years).

75 phones is a very ambicious farm, I think I can be pretty helpful for your case.
I automate iOS, for automation I suggest to go for Appium or XXT/AutoTouch solutions based on Lua scripts. For running 75 devices you will need aswell not only software but also hardware requirements, such as motherboards or many PCs. While API (that you runned aswell) is strongly software-focused, farms are more of a mix stuff. A goated hardware infra + a goated software running the scripts.
Meanwhile, for the network, we used to run SIM-reset, resi or mobile proxies. Never datacenter or ISP (crap)

It’s a very good answer. Just one thing I want to add regarding automation and PCs.

You actually don’t necessarily need PCs anymore. I don’t recommend Appium for new setups (unless you already invested a lot) because it is slow and easy to detect. AutoTouch works for very basic stuff only. XXT requires jailbreak.

Consider using clickers instead of PC. Embedded clicker scripting API for automation, it’s easy to start and powerful. Recognition was just added to this API by nomix team and it brings this stuff to a new level. For example, you can easily give phone control to LLM and make your own iPhone AI agent in a minute.

Interesting thread. I don’t run IG farms myself, my experience is mostly with YouTube and Spotify farms, but a lot of the fundamentals are actually the same regardless of the platform.


Once you move into physical phone farms, the platform matters less than the infrastructure and reliability of the setup.


Regarding the IP discussion, what @duke1921 mentioned about SIM data + airplane mode is actually very important. A lot of people overlook that detail when choosing automation software. Not every tool supports triggering airplane mode or properly managing mobile data resets, so it’s something worth asking the developer before committing to any solution.


From my experience with mobile-data based farms, being able to refresh the IP through airplane mode is one of the simplest and most effective tricks in the toolbox. It sounds basic, but it solves a lot of problems if implemented properly.


On the hardware side, most farms end up using similar types of suppliers and setups no matter if the goal is IG, YouTube, Spotify, etc. The important part isn’t really the specific brand of phone or rack. What matters is stability: cooling, power distribution, and having a clean device configuration.


I’ve seen people start farms with whatever phones they could find cheap, and still get solid results once the devices were configured properly. A well-configured cheap phone will often perform better than an expensive device that’s not optimized.


Another thing I’d personally recommend when evaluating software is support. This is something people rarely mention but it becomes critical when you’re managing dozens of devices.


Years ago, before building my own tools, I bought software from vendors who disappeared the moment you had a question. When you’re running a farm, small technical issues happen all the time, and if the developer or provider doesn’t respond it can quickly affect your results.


So before committing to any platform, I’d check things like:


How responsive the support is
Whether updates are maintained
If the tool actually handles mobile data behavior properly


Those details end up mattering a lot more than the marketing page.


You already have the biggest step done, which is having the devices. The rest is mostly about building a stable system around them.


Curious to see how your setup evolves once those 75 phones are running.

Agree with AutoTouch/XXT, but: you probably want jailbreak to improve you methods on the farm (multi-accounting to another level). Lua can be enhanced with OCR and Screenshot Recognition. And for Appium, slow yes, detectable not by definition. Is slow, yes, but not think is the main problem. Imo, appium lacks in stability, in throwing errors in a point where allways worked, etc etc. With a good error handling and lot of testing, Appium for me still the king of iOS Real-Device automation (with his cons, ofc)

For a setup that size, device stability and network separation are usually more important than the automation software itself.

On Android IG, FB Lite – yes, YT – unfortunately no.

Both operation systems are good to scale, difference is that Android is easier, iPhones are more robust. That's why in nomix clicker the focus is made on iPhones.
 
phonefarm is very risky because it consumes a lot of resources like electricity, phone maintenance, and operation. I've tried it and failed.
 
At that scale, stability > automation. Keep 1 IP per device (no aggressive rotation), consistent behavior, and avoid syncing actions across phones. Most bans come from patterns, not tools

Hey, what do you mean by it being more risky? My first phone farm from China just arrived and I'm reading the post to learn more. I have a box with 20 internal devices without screens or batteries.

- I am thinking of buying one of those 20 phone boxes from niaozun, did you buy from them?
- For posting on social media, is it pretty smooth to give a VA access to the phones?
