Hey everyone,

I’m an IG growth expert and have been using API-based software for most of my projects until now. But I’m diving into the world of phone farming and I’ve recently got my hands on 75 phones that I want to set up for automation. While I’m familiar with the IG growth strategies, managing this many devices on a physical farm is new territory for me.

What I need help with:

  1. Software Recommendations: What’s the best software for managing/automating tasks across this many devices? Ideally, something that allows easy control of all the phones remotely.
  2. Optimal Setup: Any advice on how to physically set up the phones (e.g., racks, cooling systems, charging solutions)? Looking for a smooth operation, minimal overheating, etc.
  3. Network Configuration: I want to avoid bans on my accounts. Should I be using proxies or rotating IPs across the phones, and what’s the best way to manage that?
I’ve been deep in the IG game for a while but always handled things via API, so this is a different scale for me. Any help from someone who’s done phone farming would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

If you're going for phone automation, then the best thing for IP is to use sim data, and Turn on and off Airplane mode, which changes the IP, ie getting the new IP everytime. No need for any other separate proxies for this.

Use sim data. I use to create proxy with the phones and use a custom made software to manage the accounts

Same recommendation use sim cards in order to avoid Ip Blockings

1. Onimator, but there are also other service providers on the market, so do your due diligence
2. Phone box if you can buy, either, you do it yourself. Keep them cool at all costs, you will avoid headaches later.
3. Use mobile data with own sim if possible, if not, avoid any proxy that isn't mobile/4g/5g proxy. Those are the best, also you can check here this guide: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/g...make-10-000-month-in-2024-and-beyond.1548709/

Good luck and keep us posted!

I've been running a whole bunch of accounts on just one PC, setting up a phone farm that I can access anytime, anywhere using cloud phones. These cloud phones come with some seriously cool features, like AI and automation tools.

Onimator is what many of the larger agencies are using, however, there are other options aswell. In addition, using a simcard with a data plan is very important. We have 1000+ accounts and if we didnt use simcards, it is something we would have to have been cautious about. If you are looking for an alternative, then 4G proxies are fine aswell.

Would you mind sharing the service are you using for Cloud Phones?

If you can get a cheap 4G sim card for every phone?

Many people doing phone farming use Vysor, AirDroid, or Scrcpy for remote control. Set up the phones on shelves, add cooling fans, and use stable USB hubs for charging. For network, the safest is 1 SIM per phone or high-quality mobile proxies. Avoid repetitive actions and shared IPs to reduce the risk of bans.

I'm seeing here 95% recommedations to use sim 4G instead of proxies, you either don't have a farm or you are based in US or you are ok with targeting your own countries.
I own a phone farm with over 100 devices for almost 2 years and I'm telling you if you are going to target for example US not being there - you need proxies/VPN (even VPN works fine in most cases if you know a one simple trick that separates you from the common pool). The question is how you are gonna use it, VPN set up on a phone, proxies via Drony app or similar (if you are using android). OR the best option in my personal opinion modified router wtih 4G proxies.

Regarding racks and all this stuff - racks sucks, phones as it is sucks too, the best option are the boxes. Both with motherboards or phones inside. It smart, it works and it has installed cooling system, etc, etc.

Regarding software - I personally use custom software, but I agree with others Onimator has a lot of solution. BUT don't underestimate VAs + remote control set up, I personally use it too, for some platforms it's much better than any automations.

Good luck.

I'm trying to create a remote control setup so VA's can access iPhones for IG posting. Do you only run remote control for android or do you have an iPhone system?

I do have for IOS too but it requires (at least in my case) purchasing additional motherboards from china that allows you to control IOS devices remotely

I see, I'd love to know how to set this up.. as its a bottleneck with my agency right now. Do you mind sharing the name of the motherboards you speak of? Maybe DM me.. would be super appreciated!!

There is a Chinese supplier called NiaoZun, they produce both Android and iPhone boxes. However, it goes with Chinese interface and Chinese support, which takes time to get used to. Also, with these boxes you can share access to PC only (via Anydesk) with screencasts of all iPhones to a single screen. So you always give your VA access to the whole box, all the phones, and it's 1 person at a time. Not always convenient. Another solution is to use screencast + remote mouse on every iPhone separately. There was a project called Vyzor but it's dead now (Github issues closed, no replies in Discord). Also the mouse connection was never robust (they used Bluetooth mouse interface). The third option is NomixClicker iPhones remote control, which I use now. It requires a dongle for every iPhone. But the main advantage for me is I can share access separately for each device.
