looking at your post you seem to be manually adding videos, id recommend you to write a scraper instead unless you want to do the hard work of uploading videos and pasting metadata (title, desc, tags, etc.)

for SEO id advice to gather a list of top 3 competitors within your niche that shows up at page 1 at google, then paste their urls at ahref's backlink checker, from there you can copy how they rank, their backlinks and reverse engineer their strategies, its the fastest way so far
