My Journey to $500,000 with OnlyFans Models [A New Goal]

It’s been quite some time since I last shared my journey. At some point, routine completely consumed me, and I stopped documenting my path on this forum. But I realized that I truly enjoy doing this, and now I’ve made time for new posts.

I’m really glad to be back here with a new chapter of my journey. A lot of new things have happened, so there’s plenty for me to share.

Briefly about the results: our agency has reached $3 million in revenue (not counting the models who left and didn’t really convert well). We brought on new models, and now we have around 15 in total. I had to completely rework the strategy for managing at scale so that traffic remains stable and keeps revenue at the level we need — and so that chatters don’t get too relaxed on the pages.

Over the last 1–2 years, traffic has changed significantly. But as the saying goes, “when something decreases in one place, it increases somewhere else.” That’s exactly what happened with the sources we used to rely on. Now we have to search for new growth points and take a much more systematic approach.

New knowledge

Will I be able to achieve this? I’ll answer with one of my favorite quotes: if you truly want something, you can make it happen.

My new goal is $500,000. Why this number? It’s a beautiful number, that will make me even happier And more importantly, I want everyone working with me to start earning more as well. The best feeling is seeing one month’s results surpass what used to take me 3–6–12 months to earn

I want to document this journey here so that later I can look back and see how much has been accomplished. And if my path helps you in any way, I’ll be very glad.

From my experience,
if you try to replicate the strategy that others are already using, you’ll achieve success with traffic.

In the past, I was always searching for some kind of secret, and because of that, I was “risking” missing out on what everyone else was using daily and almost effortlessly.

We using OnlyMonster and i can recommend them, they are good guys and we trust them and they trust us.

Good question.
1. Instagram (we can do a good volume of subscriptions)
2. Twitter is stable and can be scaled a lot
3. And maybe SEO / Tik-Tok.

Generally I would consider Reddit, but it is not very flexible, only if in volume for spam.

My strategy was to choose sources that can be more or less stable for me, in order to attract fans on all my models.

Although I know that absolutely every source can be brought to good numbers in terms of fans and revenue and I know many cases how other agencies and managers I know do it.

Right now, I’m not starting from scratch — I already have an established business. But I’ve decided to keep something like a diary here and share what’s happening with me at the moment.

When we were building large TikTok farms, we had to hire a lot of people who followed our algorithms and drove traffic. That’s when I noticed an important insight: among employees, there are truly talented people. They don’t want to just be “virtual assistants” — they want to grow and take on more responsibility. These are the ones who quickly stand out and can grow into heads of traffic departments.

My current goal is to find exactly these kinds of people. I’m actively looking for an HR specialist who will hire virtual assistants and help build the team. But I’m also continuing to look for strong specialists myself.

My near-term plan is to bring into the agency people who can not only handle tasks but also attract other smart people into the team. And for that, I’m ready to offer the best conditions on the market:
- a high revenue share percentage (up to 35–40%);
- work with top models who produce content quickly and convert very well both on social media and on OnlyFans.
And probably the key insight: don’t try to do everything yourself. Look for talented people — and give them the kind of conditions that will help them grow together with you.

Right now, I’m already actively searching — people are responding and sending decent resumes. But to be honest, there are very few truly “hungry” ones, the kind who really want to earn. Is that good or bad? Everyone will have their own opinion. But the upside is: when competition is low, it only makes things easier for us.

And I also have a backup plan ) We’ve already started testing it, and I’ll share more about it soon.

What do we have right now?

Traffic – that’s the most interesting part. We’ve built a strategy so that now our models get into Instagram recommendations really well. No storms, and we can scale.

Instagram. Reels – on active models we’re reaching around 30–40 paid fans per day so far. This is not the limit, but we’re still stuck with manual work, so we need to automate part of the processes.

Reddit – bringing in a few fans, but I’m thinking about how to improve the strategy. It’s about 20–30 free fans and 3 paid fans per day. I consider this a weak result, but I barely spend time on Reddit. I know that people pull in up to 100 free fans per day from there.

Twitter – right now we’re managing to automate processes with the software we’re testing. The retweet method works, and we’re implementing AI comments.

TikTok – we’ve found a working setup again, but this time we’re running automated uploads. We’ll go for volume through phones. At the same time, I want to test comment spamming, since I know this type of traffic performs really well.

YouTube – no changes, but we’ll try to scale the commenting method. I’ve heard it works well.

Dating apps – on pause for now, too time-consuming as a platform.

In total, per model we’re reaching 200–300 free fans per day and, with a /10 ratio, about 20–30 paid fans per day.

For now, I’ll keep putting emphasis on paid advertising on Instagram and improving results through Instagram spam.

Of course, one of the main growth points now is setting up lead generation for finding models, so we can scale with quantity and push marketing for them. In about 1–3 months, it’s absolutely realistic to bring a model into the top 0% in terms of OnlyFans revenue.

That’s why, while social networks still allow traffic, we need to generate as much as possible.

I like the trend that in 2025 there are already so many automated tools for traffic uploading. Although a lot of money goes into proxies, Twitter/Instagram accounts, and other social platforms. We’ll keep working with what we’ve got, and the good thing is that traffic methods do exist.

Currently on Pipe driver, simple and good for sales tracking.

I started this New dating site called "Sender Services", but most Chatters are not familiar with the site, anybody with advice on how to get good chatters to work?
Not chatter agencies. I mean individual willing to cooperate and work

Are you using TikFusion for example to make each Reels unique? And how do you warm up account before starting publishing Reels on it?

ive read whole journey and must say that Im amazed but im not knocked to my knee , i think number are unrealistic
