REFUND POLICY​

Will you be adding more documentation on how to use them. And what type they are (ie. HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4/5, ...?)

I see rotating available, But no option/description of how often they will rotate? Is it per request? Can we set an interval? Etc. Please elaborate.

Unfortunately your discord server doesn't have any channels where I can reach out to anyone (aside from creating a ticket), and not to chat.

If you need help setting it up, you should look #format and #setup-chrome on our Discord server.

Proxies are HTTP/S. They do rotate per every connection. Discord server is made for tickets only, not for chatting. Therefore, if you have any questions, feel free to open a ticket for any reason you may have regarding our service.
 
Do also offer Static?

They do rotate per every connection ---- so we cannot do like a custom change every request?
 
Hey, we don't offer static, the only 2 options are rotating & sticky. You can generate new proxies per request in our dashboard if that's what you're asking.

Is it possible, can we use proxies like we used to do with 911.re proxies ? Means selection of proxy, location and possible to get that proxy again ?

Or once gone its gone? Not sure if it will work for my use case. Sent you a PM please reply.

Do your service works with android apps (emulators..:)? Can your service work with anti-detect browsers (dolphin, kameleo...)? What authentication method do you have?

Hello, you can only choose location (country). You can choose sticky which remains with same IP but it doesn't mean you'll be able to get same IP a week later.

Hello, our proxies support http/s proxy protocol. Authentication method is username&pass, we do not offer binding IP.

If you have any more questions - the fastest way to get it answered would be opening a ticket in our Discord server.
 
Does the data roll over? let say I get 25GB plan but I only use 23 for this month, will it reset for next month?

Hello, the data you purchase is valid for 30 days. After that, if the balance is more than 0, it gets a reset.
