Just got my report, and WOW! I'll let the screenshots do the talking:
Improvement? Yeah, 3x faster. You can definitely tell when you browse the site now, it loads in an instant compared to before. And the amount of hours that was put into my website optimization is crazy, the price is an absolute steal for the amount of work put in to optimize the speed.
Also, I got the best customer support I've ever received, both here on BHW and outside of it. A pure pleasure to work with @kindablack, extremely professional and very helpful - I will place an order soon for 2 more sites very soon, just need to finish them first. I'm sure this will help for both SEO and conversion rate on the sites.
This is a no-brainer for anyone that has money sites.

what about hosting ? one of main reasons for slow is the hosting ... the other one is CDN ...

OK my final review , after testing the Final tweak , etc all the inbox asking him question and wait patiently I feel due to timezone difference so communication kinda hard.
So far after the work been done, I test the site , daily add contents , etc
kinda like owning a new car or computer etc you wanna push it limit on performance etc.
I should say not bad , at least better than default stage when i get this service from OP .
I don't actually like to strangers access my host account even to CPanel side beside WP log in details as OP need to tweak etc .
But in the end I give a try , since he give an offer well why not ? IF account been hack I surely know who since I only let OP access those sensitive areas on hosting and WP
ok so one weeks of inbox here and there question etc , he also quite patient with me as I really noob on site stuffs so sometimes ask noob question etc
Finally by one week + actually I refresh back is within the 7 days time frame , + a bit like 8 , 9 days is finaliized and qiuestions.
He Does offer me refund as mid of the project i find it even getting slower, I not sure why , so we communicate again , he try to see what he can do.
later finally at least the site tweak with an acceptable speed.
He does feedback to me on Big images , as my site full of big images . Have to manual opitisimze it , if want to maintain that loading speed.
I don't mind this as long site load in ' acceptable speed at least sightly or better than default stage " .
yes loading speed does drip a bit but so far loading speed is acceptable,
Amazing I check my Bounce rate outcome after this project , usually can peak till 80 , even 90 last time
now kinda hang around 60 percent to lowest I have seem for my bounce rate is about 40++
Pro , OP will do anything as long he try to see how , if cannot will does offer Refund.
Con, Can be a bit delay or mis communication around a long the way. As now a days so many WP theme , setting , plugins around etc.
thus maybe OP not really know all WP stuffs but at least know what his team is doing .Can expect delay don't expect fast job as claim within 7 days.
Depend your site.
Summary, overall I quite happy for the work done . At least I can see some improvement , to be fair my site contain lots of Big image so will does affect the speed too. which OP does tell me .
