I don't have Senuke so I can't really say :) I assumed you just pick web 2.0 hosts you want to use, click "start" and voila (SN chooses random user names, passwords etc and saves created accounts to to spreadsheet or something)

It's not even about the cost - too much trouble with constant changing of IPs, deleting cookiec etc Unless I install 15 browsers, each for different IP... :D
