Looking for a monetization method / ad network for a crappy MFAds website - each page with almost no navigation so visitors have no other choice but to click ads Or perhaps some kind of CPM - that don't have minimum of xxxxx uniques per/month requirement. Anything that wont get me banned for having MFA.
