I have an Amazon Seller acct in good standing but I am looking to get another account to sell some of my items under MAP for the holidays. I am interested in purchasing an aged seller account that will allow me to add about 30,000 items without getting banned.

No Firearm is not a branded name, but you cannot sell any firearm's or anything resembling one. You can sell accessories though. I just remove that word from the title, eBay frowns on it.

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Really just depends on the Manufacturer. Half these brands I buy from an authorized Dist. and the other half from Amazon. It's best just to avoid these brands and focus your energy on brands that don't care. There are plenty out there!

Some people are adding their own watermark to an image and removing the brand name. I have heard no data on whether or not this is a viable strategy on ebay though.
