I posted two comments on a blog a while ago, both with links back to my site (of course). But now when I go into Google Webmaster Tools, it says there are over 1000 backlinks from that domain! Could this suspiciously-large number of links from a single domain hurt me in the rankings? Thanks.

Don't use GoDaddy. There is an ongoing boycott of GoDaddy since they support Internet censorship (which would destroy all SEO business, as well). I've heard good things about namecheap.
