A couple of days I ago I decided to start using yahoo answers again. I started posting answers to relative questions, and then today I just happen to notice that my answers after posting would not show up as if they were never posted while im logged out, but when Im logged into the account it still shows my answer there. Whats going on? My account is a lvl2 btw.

I've had one of my employees saying the same thing... weird

now i found out that they are ghosting my answers that have links in them :(

ok this is news to me, it appears they are ghosting any answer of mine that have a blogger blog link in it, since when did they ban blogger sites?

does anyone know anything about this? i published my blogger blog on a custom domain a free co.cc one to see if that would bypass it, but yahoo still just ghosts my post with that url too.

it does not show shortened links too, therefore I can not track them

Some links do get flagged. Typically, newer domains and .info domains.

i just got done testing some stuff, it appears that they are ghosting all posts with urls to any kind of free blog host. Blogger, Squidoo, Tumblr, Weebly all were ghosted. Whats up with this?

What. The. Hell.

I've pumped so much time this last week into Yahoo Answers, only to find this out now. Ugh.

Does anyone know if getting to a higher level will help (I'm currently Level 2)? As much I detest the idea of answering tween's algebra questions for points again, at least it would redeem the work I've done this week.

Yeah, sometimes answers aren't displayed on the website. Happens mostly when there is a link in the answer but I also have the feeling that YA is more sensitive with certain keywords used in the answer. Can anyone confirm that?

Just bumped into this thread and thought Would help anyone out who is reading this. sorry for bumping it .
This is one sneaky method I have used to continuously avoid ghosting of my answers.
Use yahoo's inbuilt url shortner :) LOL yeah its that simple. google for it since I can't post links.

These happens because you may used banned word in your answer with your website link and it looks like promotions.

Seems like its happening to me, i answered with my site and out my site link in source. but no one else can see my post.
