When you don't have a valid bank acc attached. Is there a way you can send your money somewhere and be able to withdraw it the same day without much fees? Thanks in advance!

I have one eb/pp account that i no longer need. This account is in excellent shape. It has a 40 item limit and a $2000 spending limit. It is CC/Bank/Phone verified. Has 100% positive feedback. And most importantly has NO PP HOLDS. It has never been hit with any restrictions or any violations...

I am completely new to the whole pp world. I have a negative balance on my pp and i was wondering if i should pay it or not. The acc is under false info of course. I was just wondering if they would ever consider chasing someone after IP address or such extreme methods. Or do they got better...
