Bump. Is there a consensus yet on which is best?

Thanks dinkish. My theory is that higher PR links should not be all keyword anchor text, as I think it looks like too much of an obvious pattern. Does that sound about accurate?

Also...can the vendor see what link/site the sale came from? In other words will he be able to see within his statistics that it came from a cloned version of his own site?

Generally speaking, what could possibly happen if someone noticed their WSO to be spun and offered somewhere else as either a freebie or paid product? Can you really copyright these things?

Has anyone ever re-written a WSO or took the basic content, put it in your own words, gave it a new title and called it your own? Are there any legal repercussions to this and would anyone recommend this a viable way to create a product (at best) or at worst a giveaway on a squeeze page...
