I have a google DMCA complaint that comes up in my search results, issued by ChillingEffects.org, I have submited a form to google months ago in regards to the material that they were unhappy with being removed, but still showing this message. Is there anyway to remove this.

Not really a price issue, but my client is very specific in what he wants and I have only had 1 person send examples. I dont want spend $100's and find myself working days correcting a theme. Something I did not mention is my client has already shelled out $1000's on a theme that he did not like.
