A client wants this site

Can some one build a wordpress theme near exact to this, if so PM me quotes

Well based on the Design and all i can get you exact site in wordpress for $350
 
I wont be able to get down to that price lol
but hey there are people who can do the site for less then i do. But it all comes to reputation and quality you provide

Well Mark, Quality clearly comes at a price in this case. But since you're shopping for a cheap deal, I can do it for just $250 rock-bottom price if you can pay within the next 10 mins. What ya say? If you can't convince yourself within this 10 Minute, I'm sorry the pricing will be increased to $300.

He indeed made me reduce the rate by $100-$150. I believe his client is a chiropractor or a physiotherapist. Anyone in this profession will easily shell out $1000 without blinking their eyes for a design like this.

As they say Opportunity knocks on your doorsteps only once, Let's see if he grabs this sick deal. ;)
 
Not really a price issue, but my client is very specific in what he wants and I have only had 1 person send examples. I dont want spend $100's and find myself working days correcting a theme.

Something I did not mention is my client has already shelled out $1000's on a theme that he did not like.

The theme I'm going to design for you won't look similar but an exact replica of what you see at instantprivatepracticesite.com/demo/. Everything will be the same except you'll be given an option to choose whatever site name and contact number you want in the header. If you can give me the content, I will add it to the site without charging anything extra so you don't have to worry about tinkering with the theme. If I can't deliver what I mentioned here in this thread within next 12 hrs, you'll get your money back + 20% extra. My $250 offer is over by the way. You can still PM me to grab the $300 deal. :D

i paid jeanlance/neolance to create a HTML form.
instead, he creates images and does "web design"
in his words, "to make me happy" --
nearly a week later, we're looking at the results;

1. i have Nothing
2. jeanlance/neolance goes "Traveling"
3. his programmer is Nowhere to be found

where is my refund, jeanlance/neolance?

I told you Indian paypal cant send money and i have mailed a friend in USA to take care of sending you money its 6:30 am there you cant expect a person in usa to wake up that early

I showed you working demo with forms and not images i sent you image of the form submission i recived to mail

and i did that all work without upfront payment and when i said everything is working you asked to change to new layout yesterday to fit your new needs i assigned to programmer due to internet connectivity it delayed and this afternoon i offered you refund cause of delay happened and you keep posting like this wow now that makes me want to refund you think ?
