Yeah, I guess that's all you can do, but so far my optimizations of the title tag aren't yielding the results I would expect. Do you agree, that I should be getting at least a 3% CTR when the keyword is in the top 5?

So I've got some good rankings on a few keyword phrases, but the clicks just aren't coming. Using webmaster tools, I'm getting a CTR of like 0.02, in the top 5. I need some suggestions on how to get that up (and if you know what kind of CTR I should be getting, I'd love to hear an opinion on...
