Chrome app - To sort items by most likes/saves on specific websites

Hi,

I'm looking for developer or programmer that will create a chrome app for my business. The chrome app will automatically sort items on some specific websites (2) by most likes or shares. For instance, on wanelo.com there is no option to sort by most liked so I need a chrome app that will automatically sort it.
Here is a link to a video demonstration of a very similar but private app.
