Jumped to first page from nowhere ?? WHY

Hello everyone!

After Fred, a site in the same niche that i am in, with nothing behind that is coming up in serp.
Like some skyrocket. It has literally no backlinks (couldnt found any hidden pbns). Onsite seo sucks. Last reasonable content is a 2 years old. Check this out: tutitartozek[dot]com

Ahrefs says this thin site has 1,4k organic keyword. But from where?
I could not find the cause, so any answer would be much appreciated!

Are you hoping that by advertising the website Google will check it out?

well there's a lot of product names which i'd describe "main keywords" these will be repated on every related sites and will also have a lot of similar kws that derive from main kw.

they also could change something in their kw proximity algo thing for example if they have black in first paragraph and iphone in last paragraph then they will rank for black iphone even if it wasnt exactly there

Lets assume, i understand.
But, how can it be at the top5, with no backlinks, surrounded with RD100+ domains ?

But the more important question is this:
The keyword that grabbed my eye is a high competitive kw. "iphone 6 tok"
The domains inner page that is on the #4 spot, but onpage it has nowhere mentioned this keyword at all.
How is this even possible without backlinks?

Maybe he's got a hidden PBN. Plus theres rumors of an update, and G does all kinds of weird shit while they're happening. At the moment I can't even fetch and submit my site.
