I am using the trial and I think the product search is not working properly. It keeps showing t shirts which are completely different from the words being searched for. Is that a known bug?

Please drop us a help ticket http://helpdesk.merchinformer.com/ with a screenshot and we can look into it. That does not sound right and have never personally seen it.
 
Hello! I'm using merchinformer for about 3 weeks. I put like 30 products and got 2 sales (kinda bad). I searched for a product with the keyword (are like 3 products on amazon related to this keyword), on the search area my product lists first, with estimated sales of ~32/month. Is trues that i got my sale yesterday and my product is like 5 days old but i think there are some issues with the estimated sales aproximation on merchinformer..may be a bug or something?

BSR is constantly moving and our estimate is a snapshot in time for people doing research to make a decisions on if they should do more research into that niche or not to get an idea of how well it is doing. Just because you got 2 sales, your BSR will spike up, but then quickly fall down again to match what your real sales are. We are giving estimated sales based on the BSR as it is right now (like if you were to maintain that BSR this month). Since that is not going to happen, it is a tool to figure out what is selling and dig deeper into a niche.

If so, once you have put the different categories together that you want to keep for sorting everything, make sure you are clicking on the big SAVE button to make sure Merch Informer keeps your categories.
