Very impressive tool, super easy to use and has some very cool features.

If you're serious about amazon merch then this is the platform to use.

Excellent product.

Thank you for the thread approval!

With the release of the Shopify Method posted a few weeks ago, I decided to bring Merch Informer to BHW.

Please note: We do not offer review copies. INSTEAD, everyone can have a free 3 day trial of the software. We want to make sure that Merch Informer is a good fit for your business which is why we offer this free trial. There are zero refunds since everyone has the option to give us a try before they buy.

Any questions about the software can be asked below. Any questions about the Shopify method can be asked in the Merch Domination thread. Thank you.

I've been a beta tester of Merch Informer and I've had great success while using it. I don't want to go into details since you have the 3 day trial option and can explore the tool for yourself, but I'll just post my Merch by Amazon earnings to let you know how useful this tool is and that it helped me increase my earnings every month:

Another happy user of MerchInformer here.

I want to vouch for the tool by sharing that it was only when I started using its keyword module that I started to create designs that really sell. My designs to selling-designs ratio has gone up from 10% to over 40% in the last 2 months. Revenue spiked from consistent 2k per month to 5k+ in February. This tool is a serious weapon when it comes to Amazon marketing.

Moreover, if you have a seller central account and are selling more than t-shirts - you can easily research multiple other categories and find hidden gems in categories no one else is touching. OP and his team have thet best support, too. They've implemented several upgrade options that I and a few friends have suggested.

I give it 10/10

I've used the trial to get some keywords. I followed OP's guide so I'm excited to see how well it works as I just uploaded the products on Amazon. Wish the OP luck.

Just signed up super excited!
Whenever I try and perform a product search I get the Amazon API error...what's going on?

You will need to make sure a few things are set up correctly first. So make sure you are following our setup guide here: https://merchinformer.com/merch-informer-setup/

A few things to keep in mind are that the AWS account and the Associate account need to be on the same email address.

Also make sure you are logging in and agreeing to the API agreement here: https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/flex/advertising/api/sign-in.html

Finally make sure you are not leaving any spaces before, in or after the keys once you paste them into Merch Informer and you should be good to go!

I got access to merchinformer early, and it changed the way I was looking for ideas.

Merchinformer is a mega idea generation monster.

Seriously, if you have a merch account, and your bitching about low earnings,
using this will allow you to find the best merch tshirt ideas, that will give you the
chance to increase your earnings.

I had pretty good earnings already, but merchinformer allowed me to dominate
xmas earnings from getting my new tshirt designs up nice and early.

Great tool, easy to use, quick to setup, and superb support.
Must have if you expect to make a living from amazon merch.

Finally got it to work. I needed to create an Amazon Associate account in the US. I live in the UK so I created one where I actually live. Easy fix.

Now that I am using it I am wondering why I can only use the selected categories? What if I want to research a supplier of dog collars? or dog toys?

Nevermind, i didn't read everything before I started doing stuff. My bad. Well done @OP

Gettings into it more, the categories in the drop down dont update based on what i set in my faves. Can i add custom categories?

Are you talking about adding different categories in the favorites module? If so, once you have put the different categories together that you want to keep for sorting everything, make sure you are clicking on the big SAVE button to make sure Merch Informer keeps your categories. If you have any questions about how it works, please submit a ticket to our helpdesk here: http://helpdesk.merchinformer.com/

Awesome software - definitely going to try it out!

Quick question -- In your strategy/case study post you mentioned that you look for 100,000 BSR or less.

In regards to BSR are you referring to the niched down BSR -- i.e. Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry > Novelty & More > Clothing > Novelty > Women > Tops & Tees > T-shirts ... or?

Because I have yet to see any main category BSR for just Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry. Or even Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry > Novelty & More

Thanks for the input!

I am referring to the top category BSR. The reason you have not seen any main category BSR is because they actually removed it from the page itself. Merch Informer still shows this information which is the most important thing to pay attention to when building your Merch business.

Can I have a coupon ? Thank you :)
