Instagram journey

Hey guys!
Soon I want to start an Instagram journey to 50k. I will be using the follow/unfollow method for the most of it, but I was wondering if anyone new where to find the most active followers to follow. Like how can I find really active (not very big) accounts on instagram that I can follow there followers and likers from?

THANKS! But it want take me longer than 4 months as usually can gain up to 600+ a month, which increases as I get more followers.

Look for ''similar'' accounts, see who's following the page and follow only the ones which have a profile picuture.
But watch out you don't follow too much people a day.

• Start with 100 a day and add about 25% the following day to stay safe and under the radar of the banhammer.
• Post frequently, it's better to post 1 pic every day than posting 20 at once every week.
• Get in touch with your followers! Say ''thank you for following me'', respond if someone comments etc.
• It is also important to like posts of the ones you follow (they really appreciate that, especially the ones who don't have much ''friends'' and likes on ig, it will really bring them on board)
• Comment on popular pages, don't aggressively comment with ''checkout my page etc'' just kind comments like ''cool post/pic!'' (don't forget to use smileys, they are eye catching!)

I have grown a instagram page from 0 to 3K in a month with trying to keep to these ''rules'', but I did not maintained to stay posting frequently, this was about a year ago and in that year I have just posted about 30 pictures but still gain followers and get a couple likes every week!
I know 3K is nothing, but for the effort I did it is quite an achievement, and I'm planning on ''getting back in business again'' as they say.
