I picked up your ticket and identified the issue. I have responded to your ticket and the issue is resolved. You should have now received access to the plugin.

The IP thing isn't a bug as we can see the local IP within our system :) But thank you for letting me know about the possibility of a bug in the system.

Hi, your ticket has been replied to. I have replied to it myself. The reason for a delay in your ticket being answered is that I have had to remove two members of staff from the support desk for trying to take advantage of a situation where I was absent from the office for the last few days as my wife has just given birth to our seconds daughter. There were complications during this which lead to me being away from the office.

During this time, two members of the support team thought they could take advantage of the situation but have since been removed from their posts. For now, I am managing the tickets at the support desk to ensure they are dealt with correctly and professionally. While this is the case there may be a slight delay in responding to tickets but I shall do my best to minimise any delays.

@shezboy , I think I know what's is the problem here. The Like Jack is not detecting the traffic from Facebook App any more. I did a lot test, and the popup never appear.
But on Mobile Browser and Desktop, Tablets, works just fine.

On the Facebook App I click, "Open in Safari" the Popup load up fine.

The issue with the Facebook App 100% sure.

Due to the way the FB App works there isn't any jacker that can Like Jack App users but we have a solution to this issue.

The FB App is a closed app which means it's impossible for any software or script to Like Jack the App directly but thanks to the advanced way that our jacker has been coded we found a way of being able to achieve this.

When you post the URL of your site to FB, either in a post on your wall, in a group or a page etc, when a FB App user clicks on your link and comes to your site then they are Like Jacked.

It has never been possible to jack app users any other way and our customers have been using the Like Jacker for around two years and they have gained excellent results. The reason for this is that there are more users accessing FB via a web browser than many people realise. Even though a percentage do use the FB App, thanks to the way our jacker is coded we can still jack a large number of those users.

@shezboy, but is not working for me any more. It use to works with Facebook App. I do post my URL of my site in my Fanpage like I usually do, but it been 5 days that the Plugin is not Likejacking Facebook App Traffic.
I also made a Facebook Ad ONLY for Mobiles, and there was no Likes. Then I change this Ad for Desktop Only, then the Like Jack start Likejacking Traffic fine.

I recommend, that you check that.

For me to look in to this issue that you're experiencing I need to access your site so I can check the settings of the plugin as you have them etc. Obviously we can't openly discuss the details of your site on this thread etc for your privacy.

I'm having the same issue. I only jack mobile traffic and the last 5 days it hasn't been able to jack anyone...

As per above. We have a support desk. If you create a ticket there then we can assist you via that ticket. Once you have created your ticket please allow us the time to respond to it. Remember that when you post on this thread as well then it just creates more work at this end.

Don't take these replies the wrong way but with a very busy support desk that serves over 5,000 active customers it can become quite busy from time to time.

Hi, there isn't a general issue with the Like Jacker being able to jack desktop users. As I have said, a few times, due to the restrictions within this thread, I can't provide support for a specific issue and that is why we have the help desk at https://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/

If you have a ticket there already then bear with me as I get to your ticket and assist you with any issue you're experiencing.

I can tell you that, based on a helping a large number of customers with the Like Jacker over the past few years, the cause of an issue one person experiences won't be the same cause on another customers site even if the issue appears the same.

One example of this is when the Like Jackers pop up doesn't show. That issue can affect more than one customer but the cause of it is usually different on each customers site. This is why we need to examine the WP set up of each customer to troubleshoot the cause on each customers site.

I hope that may explain why we simply can't provide an answer to a support issue on this thread even though you may have experienced the same, or similar, issue as another customer who posted on the thread.
