I know for a fact that a lot of freelancers coming from third-world countries have troubles obtaining that first gig because people assume they are not capable of completing the work. Unfortunately, a lot of people judge based on a national basis, and if they see a freelancer coming from a third world country with no feedback, they will not risk hiring him/her.
Instead of faking it, why don't you go to SEO groups on facebook and offer your service for free and in turn ask for feedback?Faking it wont do you any good. If your SEO service works for one client you will get referral clients. Faking it is just a huge time waster.
I have already two genuine feedback on fixed price job ... but when I have applied for an hourly job it's required some hourly job experience minimum one hour that's why I need one or two hourly feedback ... you can check my feedback on attached.
first one looks Fake to me! I been using marketplaces like those for a long time now & hired peoples & I have never written that long review in my life!

Well this isn't exactly true.
And yet again, you keep on judging that people from developing countries will work harder. Why? I've met a lot of US and Canada freelancers. Top hard-workers with incredible work ethic. I have met people from developing countries with terrible excuses and poor work ethic.
