Hi, thinking of using this to draw some likes to my new venture... So, ideally, looking for a quick-start guide on how to set this up from scratch - I have one of those free WP sites, but assume I would need to have a self-hosted WP site. Any direction you could point me, before I purchase, would be greatly appreciated.

Also, do you have any codes left sir?

I decided to finally give it a spin but had to submit a ticket immediately as the modal box isn't even showing for me.

I just used the settings right out the box and picked a random FB page that I'm not following or haven't liked yet.

Hi, please post any questions on the thread and I will be happy to answer them for you. The Like Jacker's job is to get your FB pages likes from the traffic that comes to your site. If you need help with getting traffic to your site then you would be best to either read the threads in this forum about getting traffic to your site or start a new thread in the relevant section of the forum.

Hi, please accept my apologies for the delay in you receiving a reply. I have been away from work for a few days due to my wife giving birth to our daughter and there being complications before and afterwards. During this time a couple of members staff members chose to try and take advantage of my absence for which I have been forced to let them both go.

This leaves customers, such as yourself, hanging which I scramble to play catch up with things. I won't try to make excuses to cover things up as I feel being transparent about things is much better for everyone involved.

Please accept my apologies for any delay that you have suffered and rest assured I will take care of your issue myself. I am working flat out to make sure all customers are taken care of as that is very important to me.

Hi, you will need to have a self hosted site as the Like Jacker won't work on one of the free wordpress sites or any other type of site. After you have purchased the plugin we can assist you in getting it set up on your site and we are able to do that for you if you wish. We'll make sure the plugin is configured and working correctly.

It is something which is managed at the help desk at https://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ after you have purchased the plugin. Please bear in mind that you will need traffic coming to your site for the plugin to Like Jack so if it is a brand new site with no traffic then you would need to make sure you have traffic source in place.

With this in mind, if you still require a discount code please let me know. We do only have a set number and they do expire.

Hi, submitting a ticket at the help desk is the correct channel for getting support with the plugin. We are unable to provide any kind of support via this thread. I am sorry that it didn't work right out of the box for you but we can certainly take a look at your site and the settings to resolve the issue for you.

Often it is something very simple that we can diagnose and fix within a couple of minutes of looking at the backend of your site.

Not just any traffic, incentive traffic that are going to click to click the X on the site. If you can get such type of traffic, why not link them directly to like the page itself.

You don't need to get incentive traffic for the Like Jacker to get your FB pages likes. Traffic from FB works best (obviously). You can use what ever method you wish for getting people to click on a link to your site that you post on FB as the Like Jacker will always be able to like jack them.

Have you notice that in the past 4 days, Likes is decreasing a lot, my traffic has not change I was making 15K Likes per day, but suddenly with no Confirm
is just decrease to around 5K Likes per day now... Do you know what could be the Problem? Could it be Facebook doing things ?

Hi, it is hard to tell from the data you have given in your post although I wouldn't advise going in to too much detail on this thread as anyone can read it.

It depends on how you were getting those 15k likes per day really. I am guessing you'd prefer not to reveal the details of what you're doing to get 15k likes per day right here. If you want, raise a ticket at the help desk https://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ and make sure you mention that we have spoken on this thread. I'll pick up your ticket and look in to this with you.

Hi, your ticket has been replied to. I have replied to it myself. The reason for a delay in your ticket being answered is that I have had to remove two members of staff from the support desk for trying to take advantage of a situation where I was absent from the office for the last few days as my wife has just given birth to our seconds daughter. There were complications during this which lead to me being away from the office.

During this time, two members of the support team thought they could take advantage of the situation but have since been removed from their posts. For now, I am managing the tickets at the support desk to ensure they are dealt with correctly and professionally. While this is the case there may be a slight delay in responding to tickets but I shall do my best to minimise any delays.

Hi, do you mean details of your purchase or details of a reply to a support ticket? When you purchase the plugin you will be redirected back to our site to a page where you can download the plugin. That page also has your license key and links to the user guides for the plugins.

Those details are also emailed to you. If you have not received these then please create a ticket at the help desk at https://webuildtools.com/helpdesk

If you have already submitted a ticket please check on that as all tickets that are opened due to not receiving access to the plugin have been answered.

Also, I have just found a bug in your report system - it's not saving customer IP, but IP of buisness - sucuri.net (something like cloudflare).
