Hey Jamie,
All of our techniques are employed by a system that reads as "natural" to the amazon algorithm. We do not use IP cloaking, proxies, VPN, fake accounts. We employ real people, trusted people, to do our jobs that will rank your listing. In fact, when the algorithm goes through and finds your listing it ranks you because what we have done is 100% by the terms of service using real people on our highly trained team to rank you.
This is natural, 100% white hat, and when amazon looks at your listing it looks 100% natural because it is.
I understand your business is important to you, I personally sell on amazon as well, and I would not do anything to your own listing that I would not do to my own.

Depending on the competition of the keyword you choose, monthly maintenance may not be necessary, especially if once you are on P1 your product is converting high above your competition. Monthly maintenance may only be necessary a few times a year, or every month, or not at all, it really does depend on the keyword you choose.

That being said, we can be "on call" and if you notice rankings slipping we will bring you back to your former glory in rankings ASAP.

We do not require your product to be selling any amount to rank you to page 1 for any desired keyword. Conversions surely help, but are not necessary with our method.
All of our ranking methods are natural and 100% white hat compliant with the amazons TOS. We do not use any shady techniques with fake accounts.
Yes, it just seems to take a little bit longer for newer listings.
