i don't mess on these markets but its my impression you need a lot of hq reviews for people to consider you. that's possibly why a lot of people are doing review exchanges and buying reviews.
what have you done to promote your gigs? search bhw "how to get orders on fiverr" "how to promote fiverr gig" you will get lots of ideas.

Yes they do and the site is less than a year old but I transferred sellers and buyers over from my old site

I'm focus on fiverr right now. Its hard to get order for new seller. But if you get the right gig, you will receive an order.

Just try listing a gig. After few days still dont get order, delete and create new different gig.

...do it until you find the right gig
