If you are using the Like Jacker already and require help in setting up or checking the current configuration of the plugin please create a ticket at https://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/
The Like Jacker doesn't always need a FB App ID for it to work properly on your site but if you have, for example, another FB related plugin, a FB related widget or a theme that has some kind of FB integration built in to it, then you may need to use a FB App ID for the Like Jacker.
The reason for this is that any of the above can prevent the Like Jacker from being able to detect which of your sites visitors are logged in to a FB account. As I said, using a FB App ID for the Like Jacker isn't always needed but the option is there to do so if the need arrises.
The help desk will be able to advise you on your specific case and needs as we can't provide support such as that via this thread.

Hello, I am an old customer of you (bought it 2-3 years ago). I managed to activate it again for my license but I need to ask what is the latest version of this plugin (my last update is 4.0.8) because whatever I do it doesn't seem to work for me (pop up never shows). I am having the latest version of WordPress installed.

The thread has been running for a number of years which shows the long history that this plugin has of being sold. It's still working today, just as it always has. It has been updated many times since it was first released which has improved the plugin from its original incarnation.
At the moment we do offer discount codes to BHW members although we may withdraw this at some stage. I have sent you a code to use.
