Basically I just start a new project saying I need authority editors for Huffpost, Entrepreneur, Inc, Business.com, etc.. On average I get like 25-35 offers. A few of them are crappy resellers with high rates, but there are some gems too.. Then I get in touch with the right sellers that offered decent rates, try to get them off to skype and make a direct offer. If they refuse to work directly you can still work via upwork, high fees but it's still way cheaper than what you'll pay here for authority links..

For web analytics Maaxmarket is good and easy to use.(user friendly)
For keyword checking Semrush is good
For backlink and site audit SEO centro is nice
For auditing Woorank is superb
