Upload videos in bulk : avoid ban ?

Hello,

I am planning to upload videos in bulk. These videos contents are licensed under the Creative Commons 0 License. What should I do to don't get banned ?

I read that a lot of people were banned for spamming video, is that true ? What is the amount of uploaded videos per day to be considered as a spammer ?

i think limit is 50 for videos and 20 for live stream per day if they are cc then you can easily upload

Why would youtube heroes report my videos ?
