In order to gain access to it you have to become VIP member and post a photo of your self with shoe on your head just like this guy in the photo.. the rule is a rule you cant bypass it!
Bypassing that rule could cause issues with your account.
OP - you are obligated by the terms of service on this site to post a pic of yourself with a shoe on your head.
