Strange problem with my keywords

Hey guys,
I am facing a very strange problem with the 2 keywords I am trying to rank for
lets name the first kw as "kw 1"
and second kw as "kw2"

Few mins ago I got excited when I saw my keyword ranking on the 3rd page. I looked closer and found out that the page of my kw2 is ranking for kw1 :?

Its showing the title of kw2 but the description from kw1 and when I click on that link, its landing me on the page of kw2 :?

Any idea what this might be

What is the content like for each page? If one page is thinner than the other google might be using it as it considers it to be a better resource also make sure in your content for each page are the keywords you're targeting.

But the problem is , they both are totally different keywords with different content, links, and everything. :/ the funny thing is , its showing the link from the first keyword while the description from the other :?

Nop :/ did nothing different from what I am doing for the last 4 years. :?

I'm doing Adult SEO so every update there's a massive change. I've adapted but I am sill new to SEO, I would check to see if the meta descriptions in the header are correct for each page also when you're blasting out links have you made sure each link is targetted with the correct keyword for each page such as Link 1 + KS1 + Page1 = Win and Link 2 + KS2 + Page2 = Win
