Can someone advise me on Facebook Ads?

Hey there.

Recently started a new site / online business and just looking for some advise on how to grow using Facebook ads, because at the moment its not really working out well!

So basically the post is reaching my audience, but very small numbers are clicking.

Im not sure whether to think its my site ot the ads that are failing me

Does anyone know of the average CTR from FB ads from experience? Google says 2% but im not sure I'm a complete Noob so this is all new to me.

Any advice at all is really appreciated thanks guys!

So if your doing a clicks ad, then 2% is good. If your doing a ppe ad then it'd usually lower. If you do a clicks ad, is optimizing to people who click on links alot.

Also let it run for 5 days to optimize and you will Usualy see in between 3 and 7 days the price drops. Also split test different ads and audiences

So basically, need to need for 5 days before starting to check about %s and stuff? I put up the advertisement last nightwith pretty specific demographs and its has reached 70, engagement 2 and clicks 2.

I think i need to leave it longer before deciding if working or not?

You definitely want to be split testing ads where you change up the wording and images to see which gets the best response and dropping the ones that don't perform as well.

In realtion to split testing - have you expereince in it?

I have been researching it but im not too sure how to appraoch.. would you recommend drastically different ads or similar ads with slightly different elements?

before you do split test manually you can try Qwaya free trial (just to get the winner) get the split test results then you can go with the one which worked for you.
