Google Penalty?

Hello, these days i saw major ranking fluctuations on one of my websites, today when i checked statistics of my website with Pro Rank Tracker i saw that my website was deindexed. Firstly i checked if i got any message on Google Webmasters with manualy action but it's clean, no manualy actions.
Also i checked on google search with site:domain.com and i got 2 results: domain.com/sitemap and domain.com/page1 BUT www.domain.com disappeared.

What should i do?

Looks like your homepage may have received a penalty of some kind. I wouldn't worry too much for at least a few days. Sometimes my rankings on some of my sites can drop many pages and then come back stronger a week later.

What I would do though is this: -

Take a paragraph of text from your homepage and search the text in Google. See if any other domain is currently ranking for your text. It could be that you have been scraped and now someone-else has ranked for your content. This has happened to me a few times a few years ago. Worth checking.

I have checked and fortunately nobody scrape my content. I tried to reindex but until now without results. Only good news is that "domain.com/page1" still exists in google search. I think the only solution is to wait and see what happen

The google penalty message takes time to show up in the dashboard. Check your google webmaster in some days if you want to make sure it's not a penalty.

Maybe google caught your site with some issue that opted to get penalized and deindexed.

Is there any way to get indexed back? I have uploaded yesterday a big list with bad links to disavrow. Anything else to do?

You just need to wait plus you better setup a new site. Even if you get it index again, very small chance you will be able to rank it.

this site got manual action on google master some months ago. but i changed the template and description and i submitted a review and they accepted. it was very hard to rank again but i did it. but now i really don't know what to do

It seems to be a Manual penalty. Soon you will receive an email in Google webmaster tools.

In this case i will know what to do to solve the problem. I studied webmaster little bit and i saw that state of indexing is updated once at 7 days, last date was on 15th January, so i have to wait until 22-23th January to update
