What about my existing press releases? I paid $297 and requested to be reviewed before submission. Now, you either:
1. Published the press release even though I asked to review it and ignored my request altogether OR
2. You completely forgot about submitting my press release which - after paying $300 to you - is completely unacceptable and questions the entire integrity of the service you provided.

(Based on the statement that premium press release is STAGE 1 / MODULE 2)

Which one is it?

Furthermore I have no issues with delay but if I pay $300 I would expect you to at least shoot me an email, I am a human I understand. I will be waiting for your reply to my question.

I humbly apologize for the mess up where in we have not yet done press release but please do not doubt on my integrity.

As I stated, we got delayed in our projects by little more than 2 weeks. Though we received details from you on December 5 and as per our time, we had to complete it by January 4. I genuinely feel sorry that we have already crossed 1 additional week from our committed time which is not good.
